| I belive he is talking card manipulation in general. Im my opinion it is fantastic, and jeff mcbrides videos are the best material on the subject.

This website sells some. They are very thin and flexible They make card manipulation really easy. They are quite pricey.
If your looking for a cheaper source I believe there is a company in South Africa that makes card that are equally as thin and flexible. (probably where manipulation cards come from.) You might recognize these cards if you have ever own The Phil Deck. I think there are over 100 cards in the deck.
