I did not like the first phase. Especially without patter, this is very unclear. You pick up the cards, then set them down, then pick them up again, then set them down again. Try to eliminate all the extra handling.
The second phase is sound and the only thing that jumps to mind is I think your technique, both on the counts and on the tent, were very stiff. Try to work on loosening it up and you'll have a great boxed ace assembly.
